Zoom app firefox -Choose from thousands of extra features and styles to make Firefox your own. This was a GREAT extension until it like other add ons have been left in the dust due to browser upgrading. Such a real shame! I used this for years and it was very helpful to me and seemingly free of problems. Now it has been dropped for no apparent reason incompatibility with updates? I never experienced an issue with this add-on and I would be delighted to see it return.
This was and is the best image zoom I've ever used, The QoL enhancements that came from mouse shortcuts was incredible. Please update! Thank you "TurboLion" the alterative proposed by Firefox for this one is junk, yours is better.
Was using this extension for years, but seems like it won't be updated for Firefox For many years Image Zoom was one of my favorite addons. Even if it worked only partially, recently. So it seems to be the time to say goodbye - sadly! Just upgraded to the latest Waterfox, and image zoom won't let go after right clicking and zooming a photo.
Scrolling just makes the picture larger and smaller. It's been great for years! Can't someone work on it?! It doesn't work anymore since Firefox v53 and it used to have some issues before too. I even tried it updating to Firefox v Desperately needs an update but otherwise has been fantastic and used by my for years. Any good alternatives? Lacks multiple images scrolling for Tumblr archives, as some images in archives have multiple photos attached to a single image.

Changing the problem system to have zoommtg set to "Use Zoom Meetings default " fixed the issue. What I do is right click on the link in my email and select copy hyperlink.
I then open chrome and right click in the address bar and paste the address. I know it doesn't fix this for you, but it is a reasonable workaround without making the user swap default browsers.
We are not trying to use the web-based Zoom. He has the current Zoom desktop client installed, but the problem is that he should be able to click the link in his email, then have that open Firefox, which takes him to the Zoom page with the join or launch button. Clicking the button brings up the "Open Zoom meetings? He clicks the box to remember the setting, then he clicks Open Zoom Meetings, and it does nothing in Firefox.
The same procedure in Chrome or Edge works normally, that is, it starts the already-installed desktop Zoom client. I am one step ahead of you! As a temp fix last night, I opened Chrome and added a bookmark for this particular meeting and showed his assistant how to start the meeting. He is the most computer-incompetent user I know and he freaks out about the slightest changes, but he a a partner at the firm, so I have to tread lightly.
I want to move everyone to Chrome or Edge, but like I said, changes freak out some people. Is it a recurring meeting with the same meeting ID? You could also make a chrome shortcut by going to more tools, create shortcut.
It is a one-off meeting and as I noted, I already created bookmark in Chrome. I will take a longer look into it tonight when he is off the computer. His meeting went well this morning using the bookmark I added to Chrome last night.
I just played around with it. I ran into a similar issue with firefox. I got a dialog box to save the file. I cancelled it, then clicked back on launch meeting and got a choice to default open the link with Zoom. There was a checkbox to allow it. Very strange stuff. I finally got to test more. When logged in as the standard user, using Firefox fails to open a Zoom using the test page.
If I run Firefox as administrator, it works normally. If I log into the computer as the domain admin and open Firefox to the test page, it works. I logged into another user's computer and it works with her standard user account, so it has to be something with Firefox on that on user's computer. This topic has been locked by an administrator and is no longer open for commenting.
